About Kirk Schauer 

Kirk Schauer is an experienced business attorney with a focus towards legal strategies for start-ups and entrepreneurs. Prior to law school, Kirk helped his family’s manufacturing business grow from the family garage to a national manufacturer of school safety products. He went on to earn his law degree and certificate in entrepreneurial law from the University of Tulsa College of Law. 

After graduation from law school, Kirk accepted a position with a litigation firm in Tulsa, Oklahoma, gaining valuable experience in litigation, jury trials and negotiating settlements. He has since built off of that experience as a business attorney, and brings to the table years of experience guiding entrepreneurs through every stage of company formation; strategizing complex investment structures, to drafting company contracts and bylaws, and litigating business disputes. 

Kirk was selected by Super Lawyers as a 2015, 2016, and 2017 Oklahoma Rising Star Attorney, an honor given to the top 2.5% of lawyers throughout the state.

Kirk is proud to call Tulsa home with his incredibly supportive wife Megan and their three children.
